November 2022 – Workshop of the Secretariat of the Partnership for Security and Stability in the Sahel (P3S) on “Protection of Civilians in the Sahel: Consolidating an Integrated Approach”
27 November 2022 25 November 2022 – The High Representative of the Coalition for the Sahel, Dr. Djimé Adoum, spoke at the Workshop on “Protection of Civilians in the Sahel: Consolidating an Integrated Approach” organised by the Secretariat of the Partnership for Security and Stability in the Sahel (P3S).
This workshop brought together representatives of civil society, humanitarian organizations, the UN, EU institutions and Member States and more broadly the Sahel Coalition. On this occasion, Dr. Adoum recalled the importance of combating impunity carried out by perpetrators of crimes against civilians as well as the need to strengthen humanitarian access and protect the perception of humanitarians as neutral and impartial actors.
