Regional Tour February 2022 – Nigeria
16 February 2022 The High Representative of the Sahel Coalition, Dr. Djimé Adoum, was received for high-level talks in Abuja (ECOWAS/Nigeria).
He met with President Goodluck E. Jonathan, Mr. J.-C. Kassi Brou, ECOWAS mediator for Mali, and Geoffrey Onyeama, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
These exchanges are part of a shared objective to strengthen cooperation between Sahelian countries and coastal countries of West Africa, for the benefit of the region’s populations.
The trip ended with a debriefing session with the various Ambassadors and local representatives of the Sahel Coalition.
